Apple pies are my absolute favorite fruit filled pie! There is something so delicious about eating a warm apple pie topped with vanilla ice cream. It must have something to do with childhood memories of eating them, but I can never turn it down!

Mint chocolate mud pie was my birthday cake of choice for at least the first 18 years of my life. There is nothing better than the combination of flavors and textures that come with every bite. I love sugar cookies! I love to decorate and bake them and let my kids get creative. Most times, however I do not have all day to mixup, roll out and decorate our favorite sugar cookies. Time and cleanliness are both major factors in our non-baking days. My life changed when I found this recipe of sugar cookies in a pan.
