Five years ago today my life changed forever! You know how you dream of finding the perfect fit for you? The person who makes you feel more beautiful than you ever thought possible. The one who believes in you when you can’t believe in yourself? Your one and only, your absolute best friend. Well five years ago, I married that man!
Growing up a meal wasn’t complete unless it had something from every food group. We had specific requirements to make it a meal. Main course, fruit or vegetable, bread or starch, and dessert. It seems like lately meals in my home have consisted of a main coarse. This asparagus stuffed chicken is one of those meals. It has everything my mother would consider a meal put in one dish.
In the fall I make two types of cookies. Gingersnaps or pumpkin cookies. I’ve talked a lot about my soft gingersnaps or my white chocolate dipped soft ginger cookie, they really are incredible. Yet one cannot go through the fall without making a pumpkin chocolate chip cookie.
This creamy spinach veggie dip is the absolute best appetizer around. It is perfect pared with fresh veggies or even crackers. It is delicious to eat and simple to make. This spinach dip is what will get you not only eating your veggies but devouring them.
Asian food is always a favorite at our house. Everyone eats it and likes it. However, not all Asian dishes can be made without a lot of dishes to clean. This Honey Sesame Beef with Snow Peas is one of those dishes. Not only is it easy to make but it’s even easier to clean up.
