I love my recipe for Blueberry Dessert, a classic cheesecake recipe that is the perfect blend of cheesecake/graham crackers with the sweetness of the berry filling. In fact if blueberries aren’t your thing you could totally add any pie filling. The taste will blow you away. I love being able to make a dessert in ten minutes and have in in the oven. Chill and add the topping and you are set!
Ingredients
Method
- Mix crust and spread on a greased 9×13 pan.
- Blend cheesecake filling and pour on crust.
- In a small bowl, stir together chopped apples, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spoon evenly over cream cheese mixture.
- Make the streusel topping. Combine all ingredients and sprinkle over apples.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until filling is set.
- Drizzle with caramel topping and let cool.
- Serve cold and enjoy!

Top it off with some caramel.
So I took something that worked, this simple cheesecake recipe and added the apple strudel. It was a major hit! I didn’t drizzle caramel as a topping but most of the similar recipes suggested it. This will be a recipe that you come back to again and again!
