Ingredients
Crust

Graham Crackers
crushed

butter
melted

Powdered sugar
Cheesecake Filling

8 ounce packages
Cream Cheese
softened

sugar

Apples

Granny Smith Apples
peeled, cored and finely chopped

ground cinnamon

ground nutmeg

Streusel Topping

brown sugar

quick cooking oats

Instructions
Mix crust and spread on a greased 9×13 pan.
Blend cheesecake filling and pour on crust.
In a small bowl, stir together chopped apples, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Spoon evenly over cream cheese mixture.
Make the streusel topping. Combine all ingredients and sprinkle over apples.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until filling is set.
Drizzle with caramel topping and let cool.
Serve cold and enjoy!
