Finding healthier dinner options are always on my radar. I especially love when I can find something the entire family will eat. This is definitely one we will repeat!

This crispy chicken with lemon arugula salad is just what we needed to spice up our dinner rotations. Not only is it simple to make, it is a meal that the entire family will enjoy. The preparation is quick and the taste too good to pass by.

Who doesn’t love a good salsa? I love finding recipes that I can create and recreate to make a quick treat for my family to enjoy. This mango avocado salsa is one of those recipes. It is simple to make and has the perfect blend of flavor and texture that will literally leave you wanting more. I love using it as salsa for chips but also as a garnish for salads or chicken.

Looking for a dessert that will wow? This chocolate whoopie pie cake is a richly dense chocolate cake with marshmallow cream covered in a chocolate ganache. It is literally a giant Hostess Cupcake. It is so simple to make and really so delicious.
