Recipe tips:

  • I love buying a roasted chicken from Costco. It’s only $5 and will save you time. Just make sure you shred or cut it while it’s still warm. I only use half of it for one recipe and save the other half for another meal.
  • You can use any type of pasta. My son loves bowtie, so that is what I usually use.
  • This is a simple recipe to double or triple.  You can always add more pasta or lettuce to make it grow.
