Patriotic Cheesecake Dessert

Graham Cracker crust, cheesecake base, topped with fresh fruit.
Servings: 40 people

Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 3 packages Graham Crackers crushed
  • 1 1/2 cup Melted butter
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
Filling
  • 4 8oz Packages of Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 cup Sugar
  • 8 Eggs
Topping
  • Fresh Fruit or 3 cans of cherry or blueberry pie filling

Method
 

Crust
  1. Crush Graham Crackers and combine with powdered sugar and melted butter.
  2. Press into the bottom of a greased cookie sheet.
Filling
  1. Blend all filling ingredients in blender.
  2. Pour over pressed crust.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Topping
  1. Wait for the cheesecake to cool completely and add fresh fruit or pie filling.
  2. Keep refridgerated.
  3. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
  4. Enjoy!
