Patriotic Cheesecake Dessert
Graham Cracker crust, cheesecake base, topped with fresh fruit.

Crust

Graham Crackers
crushed

Melted butter

Powdered Sugar
Filling

8oz
Packages of Cream Cheese
softened

cup
Sugar

Eggs
Topping
Fresh Fruit or 3 cans of cherry or blueberry pie filling
Instructions
Crust
Crush Graham Crackers and combine with powdered sugar and melted butter.
Press into the bottom of a greased cookie sheet.
Filling
Blend all filling ingredients in blender.
Pour over pressed crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Topping
Wait for the cheesecake to cool completely and add fresh fruit or pie filling.
Keep refridgerated.
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
