Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and slice.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in heavy cream and continue to simmer until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the sauce.
Serve topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
