Ritzy Chicken
Tender chicken breast breaded with yogurt and Ritz crackers makes the perfect dinner for a busy family.

Ingredients
- 8 Boneless skinless chicken breasts thawed
- 2 cups Ritz Crackers
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Ritzy Chicken
- 1 cup Cream of Chicken
- 1 cup milk
Creamy Sauce
Instructions
- Combine crushed crackers, Parmesan, garlic salt and seasoned salt in a shallow dish.
- Pat chicken dry and then coat with yogurt.
- Dip each piece of chicken in crumb mixture and arrange in 9″x13″ baking dish.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Serve with wild rice and top with creamy sauce.

- Combine milk and Cream of Chicken in a saucepan. Stir frequently until combined.

Our absolute favorite is to eat Ritzy Chicken over wild rice topped with a creamy chicken sauce. Add your favorite veggie and you are good to go! There are never left overs with this meal but sometimes that’s the best kind of meal!

- 1 pound boneless steak thinly sliced
- 1 medium green pepper thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion thinly sliced
- kosher salt
- hot sauce optional
- provolone cheese sliced

Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. When melted and bubbly, add steak. Stir constantly while it is cooking.
- When the meat is about halfway cooked, add onions and green peppers. Season with salt, pepper and hot sauce. Continue stirring until meat is cooked through and the onion and peppers are tender.
- Spoon the meat filling into sliced rolls and add a slice of provolone cheese. If desired, place the open-faced sandwiches onto a baking sheet and place under the broiler in your oven. Broil for 1-2 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately.
