Summer brings lots of adventures and cooking shouldn’t be one of them! We love using the grill to make dinners and there are many different variations to make unique meals all summer long. One of our very favorites are Teryaki chicken bacon skewers. They are such a simple combination leave you full and satisfied.

I try to have my fridge full of healthy foods but sometimes we can’t eat them fast enough. That’s where this simple stir fry comes in! I take out whatever meat I have in the freezer, toss the veggies into my wok and we are ready to go! My kids love the colors and flavor too.
I don’t think many meals compare to this classic lasagna dish. This was a staple for my grandma who raised seven children. She never missed a homemade meal: breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I wish I could say that I am in that same boat with my children, but I am not that stalwart a homemaker.
