The Classic Spinach Salad
Fresh spinach, Parmesan cheese, hard boiled eggs, mushrooms and crisp bacon topped with a lemon vinaigrette.

Instructions
  1. Wash spinach, dry thoroughly. Tear in pieces into a salad bowl. Chill.
  2. Make vinaigrette. Combine salad oil, garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Some people like to heat it but I prefer it cold.
  3. Toss spinach with dressing. Garnish with eggs, bacon and mushrooms. And top with Parmesan Cheese.
