Chocolate Rolo Cookies

Rich chocolate cookie filled with a Rolo caramel rolled in sugar. The perfect chocolate cookie!

I love me a chocolate cookie! Seriously, love! This chocolate Rolo cookie is my all time favorite recipe. It is quick and easy and a recipe that everyone will love!

A family affair.

I think what I love most about this recipe is that the entire family can help make them! I have the kids start unwrapping the Rolos while I mix up the dough. Then someone hides the Rolo in the dough. Finally the last helper rolls the dough ball in sugar. It takes a team and in our case, it takes a family to make these cookies.

The perfect chocolate cookie.

So if you’re looking for a simply delicious chocolate cookie, than this is the recipe for you! Love chocolate? Give my triple chocolate mint swig cookies a try!
