This is the ultimate Christmas meal for my family! The tradition started with my grandma, as a young newlywed with very little means to give gifts to her friends and family. She loved baking cinnamon rolls, but wanted to make them a little fancier. So she cut almost all the way through and connected the ends making a ring. Friday Faves: Gender Reveal

The happiest part of our week was finding out the gender of our up and coming baby! I don’t know why I get nervous to find out every time. Like it matters, I’ll love them to pieces no matter what their gender is. I was totally thinking/hoping for a girl because they will be 20 months apart and it would be so fun to have sisters so close together. Maybe it was my childhood self hoping that Olive would have a sister, something that I never had. Either way my kids will be forced to be close, no matter what because they are so close in age.
